3. Mail or wire a one-time US$200 registration fee to
Expocredit, as well as a US$130 fee for every client approval (cost varies for
international clients):

4. Once the pertinent information and fees have been received,
ExpoCredit will send you a factoring proposal with the following information:

Factoring fees
-
Credit limits for each approved client
5. After evaluating the information, fill out and send the
following documents to the local ExpoCredit office:

Signed factoring proposal
-
Assignment of Receivables Agreement: This is a one-time master contract signed
by our Client and ExpoCredit
-
Assignment Supplement: This document is used in every factoring operation to
relate and assign every invoice to Expocredit
-
Notification Letter: Our client will send this document to each of its clients
with the appropriate company name and logo. The document has to be signed by
you and your client and faxed back to ExpoCredit

Copy of invoice(s) and proof of delivery and/or BL's
6. Once the Notification Letter has been signed and accepted
by your client, ExpoCredit will purchase your invoice and fund your account. We
will advance between 70 to 80 percent of the face value of the invoice via wire
transfer to your bank account.
7.
Once ExpoCredit receives payment from the debtor, we will return the invoice
balance minus our fees.
