Responsible for managing factored portfolios and developing business relationship with prospective clients serving both business units and customers relative to their credit needs.
1. Identifying prospects by virtue of their appropriate profit margins and sales growth potential that can thrive with the support of the company’s agile and adaptive factoring financing;
2. Directing collection of facts about prospective client’s business, such as credit ratings, terms of sales, due dates, average amount of invoices, and expected volume and turnover of accounts receivable.
3. Evaluating data collected to determine type of factoring plan to propose and percentage of net face value of accounts to advance which will yield favorable profit margin and alleviate client’s cash shortage.
4. Managing the ongoing due diligence process to maintain and assess credit risk of clients, originating and pre-underwriting factoring transactions from incoming inquires from multiple channels.
5. Explaining factoring agreement to clients, preparing and signing contracts specifying terms of agreement and rights and obligations of both parties.
6. Planning, directing and coordinating business strategies to introduce the company’s services and products abroad and building positive working relationships with customers.
7. Settling account balances within departmental guidelines and policies.
